Toluca

Toluca is a city about and hour outside of Mexico City. I have several friends who live there and have had the privilege of visiting a few times. Central Plaza of Toluca

Toluca is known for its Chorizo (a type of sausage). I ate a really big Chorizo Quesadilla!
